The North Lima Mennonite Church will have their Annual Auction at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18.  A food stand with sandwiches, pie and snacks will open at 4:30 p.m.  Proceeds will go to their building fund.

Saturday:  Food Giveaway at St. Patrick’s Church 9:00 a.m.-noon

UPCOMING EVENTS:

Midway Mennonite Church is inviting is to join them for their Christmas Eve Service at 7:00 p.m. There will be a choir with practices each Sunday at 5:00 p.m. beginning October 22.  Come and help make a beautiful sound for Jesus.

October 29:  Fall Missions Offering.  We will have Bible Heroes. Children and adults will be invited to dress up as their favorite Bible character.  They will be invited to share why they chose this person.  Please let Pastor Phil know if you are planning to do this.

Glory Way Quartet will be in concert on October 29 at 6:00 p.m. at North Lima Mennonite Church.  NOTE OF INTEREST Lynn Royce Taylor, son of Carol Taylor, sings in this quartet.

Gospel Express Ministries will be having a Fall Banquet on Monday October 30 at 6:00 p.m. This will happen at Das Dutch Village Inn. You may get a complimentary ticket from Pastor Phil today.

Ladies “Sip and Paint” Christmas Party will be on Friday, November 17, at 5:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  The cost of $13 for adults and $3 for girls 10 and under includes the favor (which is the canvas that you will paint) and dinner.  All other supplies will be provided.  The picture that we will be painting and a sign-up sheet will be posted on the bulletin board.
